Orecchiette with Bacon and Wilted Frisée

Fall veggies mean lots of greens. And after getting back 22 pigs from the processor, we have lots of pork! Our friends at @loveandoliveoil put together is super simple and delicious pasta dish that incorporates bacon and frisée, which is a bitter, leafy green frequently used in salads.


If bitter greens are too much for you, this recipe is a great way to use up your frisée. And who doesn't want their greens and pasta covered in bacon?
