Maintenance Manager
Aaron grew up in Upstate NY, where he spent most of his time outdoors hunting and fishing. Working on his family friend’s dairy and beef farm, he cultivated his love for working with cattle. He has always had a passion for operating and working on tractors and other equipment.
After high school, Aaron worked for a construction company in Nashville before traveling to West Texas to work toward owning his own excavation business. Now the proud owner of Carthage-based Cumberland Site Services, he manages excavation and site work while also excelling in his role at Caney Fork Farms, working with livestock, especially our finishing herd of cattle, and spearheading equipment maintenance and repairs. He loves working hard and helping our team run smoothly.
