One of the things we love most about our CSA family is the way you show up for this farm. Being a CSA member means more to our team than we can easily put into words. It is a meaningful way to actively support a healthier, more just food system right here in Middle Tennessee.
To us, a healthy and just food system looks like accessible, nutrient dense food raised close to home. It means knowing where your food comes from and who is growing it. It also means working beyond our own fields by partnering with local businesses and restaurants so you can enjoy Tennessee raised ingredients prepared with care by chefs in our community.
That 100% grassfed ground beef used in the smashburger at Café Roze? You can find the very same beef in your Regenerative Meat CSA. The vibrant salad greens from the salad bar at Miss Sallie’s Market? Those are available to you year round through our Organic Veggie CSA. That is the beauty of a full diet CSA program like the one we offer. From proteins to greens, we have you covered throughout the seasons.
Each week at CSA pickup, we feel immense gratitude. Your questions, excitement, and genuine interest in the work we do never go unnoticed. Some of our favorite moments happen online, too. Being tagged in Instagram or Facebook posts where you share meals made with food grown by our team is always a joy. Seeing what you create in your kitchens is a reminder of why this work matters.

We would love to give a special shoutout to one of our supporters, Sara, who recently shared a double recipe with us that instantly caught our attention. A “Quick Coconut Lamb Curry” paired with a “Sourdough Skillet.”
Sara shared, “We made a great lamb, sweet potato and pea curry topped with a sourdough crust the other night. It was fantastic, and your lamb!”
This week’s Meat CSA included our 100% grassfed and finished ground lamb, while the Veggie CSA brought together rainbow carrots and purple majesty sweet potatoes, making this dish as colorful as it is nourishing. Add in our organic field peas, and you have followed the Sara special. Cook the lamb curry in your favorite skillet, top it with the sourdough crust, and you have a wholesome, comforting meal made entirely from ingredients grown and raised with care.
