Our Meat CSA brings you a rotating selection of premium, humanely-raised cuts β all from Caney Fork Farms, just outside of Nashville. Choose a bi-weekly or monthly meat share, available in two sizes: Regular (7β9 lbs) or Large (10β14 lbs).
Each share features a variety of:
- 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef & lamb
- Pasture-raised pork, chicken, and turkey
- Rotating cuts like chops, roasts, sausages, ground meats, and more
Our animals are raised on certified organic land, fed non-GMO American-grown feed (for poultry and pigs), and treated with the highest welfare standards. No antibiotics, no hormones β just real, clean meat you can feel good about.
We farm using regenerative practices that heal the soil, support biodiversity, and build a better food system from the ground up.

Love the quality of meat. My only complaint is sometimes the portion we get of certain cuts is small. Being a family of four, itβs difficult to make a meal.
Iβm always very pleased with quality of the meat. I especially like the lamb. Iβm also appreciative of what goes into the CSA. Regenerative, yes, but the also have a solid business plan to back it up.

Such a great assortment of different pasture raised meats. Caney Fork is the best farm to get regenerative meat and veggies in middle Tennessee. Amazing array of options and itβs incredibly healthy for both the earth and your body.
