Making a Holiday Crown Roast of Lamb

Making a Holiday Crown Roast of Lamb

When the holiday season rolls around, there is no denying that we all have a lot on our plates. This is the time of year when calendars fill up, kitchens stay busy, and the days seem to run together. It also happens to be the best time to add one more thing to your plate, and it is not what you think. If you are looking for something truly special to bring to the table this year, our 100% grassfed lamb is a beautiful place to start.

We have a limited number of lamb racks available this season, and our leg roasts have already sold out. Thank you all for the support. Lamb has been part of winter meals for generations because it brings steady, reliable flavor to the table and feels right at home during the holidays. It is a classic choice that makes a meal feel special without adding too much extra work.

Our Katahdin sheep graze here in Middle Tennessee on a rotational system that gives them fresh forage and plenty of space. Healthy pasture leads to healthy animals, and that creates nutrient dense meat. Grassfed lamb is naturally high in conjugated linoleic acid, also known as CLA, a fatty acid studied for its connection to heart health, balanced metabolism, and reduced inflammation. It is also a great source of iron, vitamin B12, zinc, and high quality protein that helps round out a wholesome holiday meal.

I always feel especially grateful this time of year, and I want to thank you for supporting our work. Every lamb rack and leg roast you bring home supports a team of farmers who care deeply about the land, the animals, and the people we feed. Your choice to bring Middle Tennessee-raised lamb to your table means more than you know.

If you want to create something show stopping, a crown roast is much simpler than it looks. All you need are two lamb racks! See a step-by-step tutorial below:
