Beth is our Sales Associate at Caney Fork Farms and an essential part of the team. Beth grew up helping on her parents’ farm in Smith County, Tennessee, and carries that love for the land and community into everything she does. With an incredible gift for connecting with people, she’s built strong, lasting relationships with our customers. She is a proud mom of two wonderful kids, and also a certified CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Coach. She's passionate about helping others reach their health goals through fitness and nutrition. When she’s not at the farm or coaching, Beth loves being on the river, hiking, collecting rocks and fossils, and enjoying live music.
