Evan is our Sales Assistant at Caney Fork Farms. Originally from the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in northeastern Georgia, he brings a deep love of food and a rich culinary background to the team. A trained chef, Evan was named “Culinarian of the Year” in 2018 by the Georgia Hospitality and Lodging Association. In 2019, he became a certified wild mushroom forager, allowing him to harvest and sell over 40 types of wild edible mushrooms. Evan discovered Caney Fork Farms through his ongoing passion for understanding food from soil to plate. Drawn to the quality of the farm’s vegetables, beef, pork, and lamb—and the spirit of the community behind it—he’s proud to be part of a team that shares his love of truly great ingredients.
